lam a British national currently based in Sharjah, UAE, with over 17 years of progressive management experience across logistics, warehouse operations, pharmaceutical GMP manufacturing, and FMCG environments. Most recently, I have been managing warehouse operations and a formal investigations function for Wincanton/GXO on the IKEA contract in Dartford, UK. In this role led a multicultural team in a 24/7 high-volume distribution environment, driving performance across SQDCP metrics, overseeing inbound and outbound operations, and managing all people management processes. I have used Power BI and Kronos to monitor KPls and lead continuous improvement initiatives that delivered measurable results against contract targets. Prior to this, I spent over three years as Production Manager at Recipharm Ltd, a UKpharmaceutical CMO with a site turnover of c.£60m, serving global clients including Vertex, AbbVie, Viatris, and MSD. In January 2023 authored and secured MHRA approval of the Site Cleaning Validation Master Plan, ensuring full CGMP regulatory compliance across all products during a complex site closure programme.
