In my current role as Executive – Large Last Mile Operations at Flipkart, India, I manage end-to-end hub operations, including inbound processing, sorting, dispatch planning, delivery performance, and team coordination. I have successfully handled high-volume operations of 1,500+ shipments per day during peak seasons while maintaining 100% SLA compliance and on-time dispatch performance.
My expertise includes warehouse operations, route optimization, vendor coordination, ERP systems (SAP/JDE), MIS reporting, inventory control, and process improvement. I have also worked in automobile sales and operations with organizations including MG Motors, DSK Benelli, Kawasaki Automobiles, and Reliance Digital, gaining strong experience in customer handling, stock management, and business operations.
