Areas are in Logistics operations/ customer coordination/ Customs documentation and Clearance (BOE Passing, DO, DPC, Gate pass, etc.. )
> Coordinate import/exports/local clearance and schedule based on customer needs and priorities.
> Booking from shipping lines, Coordinate day-to-day operations and productivity output.
> Logistics Documentation & Customs Clearance.
> Coordinate with truck drivers till POD Signed receive.
Worked as a Financial Accountant up to finalization.
Some of major covered areas are like...
> Sale / Purchase invoicing, Acct. Receivable / Payable, Bank reconciliation, Petty cash, prepare all types of general accounts and verify posting . VAT Filing, Audit supporting, Payroll, Credit review and analysis with customer SOA, Management reporting periodically. Etc...
