I am applying for an IT Support / IT Logistics position in your organization. With 5+ years of experience across IT logistics, asset management, customer service, and business operations, I bring strong hands-on experience supporting large-scale operations and coordinating IT assets across multiple locations.
In my current role supporting Amazon operations, I handle IT asset support tickets and escalations, inventory management, asset tracking, forward and reverse logistics, shipment coordination, ServiceNow updates, IT accessories management, vendor coordination, and issue resolution. I also ensure accurate asset records, timely movement of equipment, compliance with shipment procedures, and effective coordination with internal teams and external logistics partners.
My key strengths include IT Asset Management, Inventory Control, ServiceNow, Ticket Management, Logistics Coordination, Asset Tracking, Vendor Management, Escalation Handling, Documentation, and Stakeholder Communication.
