Prior to that, at Citrix Systems, I specialized in Citrix Gateway, NetScaler ADC, Active Directory, Group Policy, virtualization, and secure remote access solutions, and earlier built a strong foundation in Windows Server administration, VMware, networking, firewall management, and database administration.
My core technical strengths include Windows Server and Active Directory administration, Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy management, VMware/Hyper-V virtualization, LAN/WAN, VPN, firewall, and network security, as well as backup and disaster recovery planning and endpoint security and patch management. These are complemented by strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused approach to IT support, along with hands-on learning in AWS, Microsoft Azure, SQL Server administration, and cloud architecture.
