Experienced Technical Consultant with over 4 years of professional IT experience across India and the UAE, specializing in Nexthink Digital Employee Experience (DEX), IT Managed Services (AMC), and infrastructure support.
Currently working with Misdaqia Technologies as a Technical Consultant, where I handle Nexthink pre-sales and post-sales engagements, customer onboarding, SLA-driven managed services, and end-user enablement for enterprise customers. Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Microsoft Defender, VMware, Hyper-V, and endpoint environments.
Experienced in translating technical insights into clear business recommendations, delivering structured training to end-users and administrators, and working closely with sales and service teams to support customer satisfaction, renewals, and account growth. Also have experience supporting CMS / Digital Signage platforms including OmmaSign, BrightSign, NovaStar, and Samsung MagicInfo.
