I am writing to express my interest in the Desktop Support Engineer position. I currently work as IT Engineer at CNS-ME, supporting the Emirates Health Services (EHS) project across hospitals and health centers in Dubai.
Previously, I worked with Itqan Al Khaleej Computer in Abu Dhabi, providing IT support for Ministry of Education schools. I am confident in my ability to communicate technical information clearly. In my past role, I conducted training sessions for teachers and staff, helping them use technology more efficiently in their daily work.
I am certified in Diploma hardware and Networking (MCSE, CWNA, CompTIA A+ and N+), MS 365, MS Intune and I hold the Microsoft Azure AZ-104 certification. I also have a valid UAE driving license.
