During my IT Support Internship at Accenture, I provided frontline technical support to staff and assisted with hardware and software troubleshooting, device configuration, software installation, system readiness checks, and routine maintenance. I also supported users with technical and access-related issues, maintained IT asset and inventory records, and escalated complex issues to senior IT staff when required.
My technical skills include Windows OS, Microsoft Office and Outlook, basic hardware troubleshooting, software installation, printer and scanner setup, internet and email support, and general IT support. I am also comfortable assisting end users, understanding technical problems, and providing clear and practical solutions.
