Dear Hiring Manager,
My name is Mohammed Misbah, and I'm a Python backend developer based in Dubai with 2.5 years of hands-on experience building and deploying production systems. I'm reaching out because I'm looking to join a team where I can take real ownership of backend architecture, not just maintain existing code.
Most of my experience sits at the intersection of backend engineering and security. At Zilbank, I built a fraud detection and risk scoring engine for a live banking platform, using BIN pattern analysis, IP intelligence, email reputation, and geolocation mismatch checks to flag suspicious transactions in real time. That work also involved implementing OAuth2 authentication and Redis-based session controls to meet financial-grade compliance requirements.
At RCS Tech, my focus shifted toward infrastructure and reliability. I architected Azure CI/CD pipelines across App Services, PostgreSQL, Blob Storage, and Key Vault, tuned MySQL for high-traffic workloads, and led vulnerability remediation using Snyk and SonarQube — work that directly reduced deployment friction and improved system stability.
Outside of paid roles, I've also built and deployed a multi-tenant SaaS platform independently, handling JWT authentication, tenant isolation, RBAC, and production deployment on DigitalOcean with Docker and Nginx — end to end, without a team behind me.
What I can offer is someone who's comfortable across the full backend stack: API design, database optimization, caching, background task processing with Celery, and deployment — plus a security-first mindset that comes from working on systems where a mistake has real financial consequences.
