I am writing to express my interest in the Senior Frontend Engineer position at your company. With over six years of experience building scalable web applications, primarily for banking and financial products, I have developed strong expertise in React, TypeScript, Next.js, design systems, and frontend performance optimization.
In my current role at Sovcombank Technologies, I work on complex, high-traffic products used by both corporate and retail customers. One of my key projects involved migrating a corporate banking portal from Next.js 12 to Next.js 14 and introducing SSR and React Server Components. This reduced First Contentful Paint from 2.8 to 0.8 seconds and shortened CI build time by 43%.
I have also built and maintained a reusable component library in Storybook, reducing typical feature delivery time from five days to two or three. In addition, I developed a configuration-driven form engine that cut the delivery time for new banking forms by 50%, as well as a landing-page builder that reduced campaign launch time from two weeks to two days.
Beyond delivering new functionality, I enjoy improving existing systems. I have helped modernize a legacy React application by introducing TypeScript, decomposing large monolithic components, and expanding test coverage from 12% to 65%. These changes significantly reduced production errors and post-release regressions.
