With over 20 years of experience in IT support, administration, and end-user technical assistance in the UAE, along with a CompTIA A+ certification, I bring strong technical knowledge and a customer-focused approach to IT operations.
Throughout my career, I have provided first-level IT support, hardware and software troubleshooting, system setup, user assistance, Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 support, IT asset management, and coordination with vendors to ensure smooth business operations.
