Ltd, I managed daily IT operations, resolved hardware/software technical support tickets, and maintained hardware inventory and system documentation. My background includes configuring and managing Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook), setting up LAN/WAN environments, deploying Windows Server/Windows 10/11 operating systems, and managing structured cabling alongside IP/Analog CCTV systems.
Key qualifications and technical expertise I bring to your team include:
* Cloud & System Administration: Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Exchange Online, user account creation, group permissions, and Windows 10/11 desktop support.
* Network & Infrastructure: Setting up LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, Wi-Fi connectivity, and structured network cabling.
*Surveillance Systems: Expert knowledge in IP and Analog CCTV camera installation, NVR/DVR configurations, and Video Management Software (VMS).
*Troubleshooting & Helpdesk: Efficient hardware diagnostics, PC assembly, printer/peripheral maintenance, and remote technical helpdesk support.
