I am an MCA graduate with professional experience in Computer Science education and hands-on technical support. I am currently seeking an opportunity in the UAE in the IT field, where I can apply my technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and commitment to delivering reliable user support.
Through my experience as an Assistant Professor, I developed practical expertise in technical troubleshooting, software installation and configuration, computer laboratory management, network support, system maintenance, and end-user assistance. I also taught programming, databases, and computer networks while ensuring the smooth operation of IT resources and laboratory systems.
My technical skills include IT support, desktop troubleshooting, Windows environments, software deployment, computer networking, SQL, Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, database management, and documentation. I am a quick learner with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, and I enjoy working in fast-paced environments where I can provide efficient technical support.
I am available to join immediately and would welcome opportunities as an IT Support Engineer, IT Support Specialist, Help Desk Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Executive, System Support Engineer, or other suitable IT roles.
