An Information Technology graduate (B.E. IT, 2024) with hands-on experience in IT support and technical
assistance. I have worked on daily IT operations including system troubleshooting, basic hardware and software
support, and assisting users with technical issues. I also have experience supporting CCTV and access control
systems, maintaining records through internal CRM tools, and coordinating with team members to ensure smooth
technical operations.
I am comfortable working in both office and field environments and can adapt quickly to new systems and
technologies. I am keen to start my career in an Junior IT support or technical role where I can continue learning,
improve my technical skills, and contribute positively to the organization.
