Dear Hiring Manager,

With 20 years of professional experience, including over 16 years in Training & Development and Sales Training, I bring a strong combination of people development, sales enablement, business understanding and leadership experience across industries such as Real Estate, Banking, FMCG, BPO, EdTech, AdTech and E-commerce.
Throughout my career, I have designed and delivered training programs, managed onboarding and induction, conducted Training Needs Analysis, developed learning content, coached sales professionals and managers, implemented assessments and worked with business leaders to improve performance and productivity.
My experience in sales and channel sales also allows me to approach L&D from a business perspective — understanding not only what people need to learn, but how that learning translates into improved sales performance, customer experience and business results.
