Dear Hiring Manager,
I am writing to apply for the Payroll Executive / Payroll Specialist position within your organization. With over 5 years of experience in payroll processing, reconciliation, and statutory compliance, along with an MBA in Human Resource Management and Finance, I am confident in my ability to bring strong payroll expertise to your team.
Most recently, as Senior Executive - HR at Indcarb Activated Carbon, I managed end-to-end payroll processing, reconciliation, and disbursement for 500+ employees, handling salary calculations, deductions, and benefits administration in compliance with statutory requirements. At HRQuadrant, I processed payroll and statutory filings for multiple client organizations simultaneously. I am proficient in SAP HCM, PayCare, and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP) for payroll reconciliation and reporting.
I am currently based in Dubai on a visit visa, available to join immediately, and eager to bring my payroll experience to the UAE market. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss how I can add value to your team.
