I bring hands-on experience as an HR Executive with VisionPro Medcare Al Manara in Dubai, where I managed full-cycle recruitment, payroll processing via WPS, HRIS administration, UAE Visa Application coordination, and employment contract drafting in full compliance with UAE Labour Law. Prior to this, I gained comprehensive HR generalist experience at Enoah iSolution in India, handling onboarding, employee records, and cross-functional HR support. I hold an MBA in Human Resource Management from Manipal University and am proficient in MS Excel, HRIS systems, and ATS/job portals.
