I am writing to apply for the position of Junior Learning and Development Officer. I hold a Diploma in Learning and Development and am eager to begin my career in learning and development.
I have volunteer experience as a facilitator with NIIRA Uganda, where I supported training sessions, guided participants, and helped create a positive learning environment. This experience strengthened my communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
