Dear Hiring Manager,
I am writing to express my interest in the HR related position at your esteemed organization. I hold a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and have hands-on experience supporting HR operations, recruitment coordination, Onboarding and employee documentation.
I have worked as an HR Assistant Intern, where I assisted with screening resumes, coordinating interviews, maintaining employee records, responding to employee queries, and supporting training programs. I have experience working closely with senior management to ensure smooth HR processes and adherence to company policies. My strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team enable me to contribute effectively to a dynamic HR environment.
Having completed most of my schooling in Kuwait, I am comfortable working in multicultural environments and communicating with employees from diverse backgrounds. I am currently based in Dubai on a husband sponsorship visa and am Planning to obtain a UAE driving license .
