I am an HR professional with over five years of UAE and international experience supporting end-to-end HR operations across multi-entity organizations. My expertise includes recruitment and onboarding (JML), MOHRE and visa coordination, payroll inputs and WPS compliance, HRIS administration, employee relations, and ISO 9001 documentation.
In my recent roles in Dubai, I have managed full employee lifecycle processes, maintained audit-ready HR records, coordinated with PRO and government portals, and supported management with accurate HR reporting and compliance. I am hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced SME environments where HR efficiency directly impacts business continuity.
I am now seeking an HR Officer / HR Generalist position where I can contribute immediately, strengthen HR operations, and grow with a stable organization. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss how my experience can support your HR and compliance requirements.
