With over 20 years of progressive experience in Human Resources and Administration in Dubai, I have developed a strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment, payroll management, employee relations, compliance with UAE labor laws, and operational administration across diverse industries including F&B and Engineering.
In my current role as Human Resources Manager at Shamma Hospitality, I manage 320+ employees, oversee UAE and GCC recruitment, administer payroll and benefits, handle immigration and labor contracts, and lead administrative functions including facilities management, vendor coordination, and trade license renewals. I have successfully implemented HR policies and performance management systems that improved efficiency, employee satisfaction, and compliance with local labor regulations.
My previous experience as HR & Public Relations Manager and HR Officer strengthened my skills in employee engagement, labor documentation, training, and cross-functional coordination. I am confident in my ability to strategically align HR initiatives with business objectives while maintaining smooth operational workflows.
I am highly motivated, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced environments. My ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and ensure regulatory compliance has consistently contributed to organizational growth and efficiency.
