Dear Hiring Manager,
I am writing to express my interest in HR and recruitment opportunities with your organization, bringing 3+ years of experience across UAE healthcare and Indian technology environments, where I have managed end-to-end recruitment, payroll, HRIS, and employee relations with a strong focus on UAE Labour Law compliance; in my most recent role I supported full-cycle recruitment drives, candidate screening and onboarding, attendance and leave administration, and maintained 100% accuracy in payroll inputs and employee documentation with zero compliance issues, while also designing Excel-based HR trackers that were adopted team-wide for leave management and headcount reporting.
I hold an MBA in Human Resource Management, am currently undergoing UAE Labour Law certification covering WPS and End of Service Benefits, and communicate fluently in English, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam, allowing me to support diverse teams effectively.
