I am writing to express my interest in HR Assistant / Admin Executive opportunities within your organization. With nearly 3 years of experience in administrative operations and close to 2 years of hands-on exposure to HR coordination, I bring a balanced skill set that supports both people processes and office management.
In my recent role as HR & Administration Executive, I supported day-to-day HR operations including CV screening, interview coordination, onboarding documentation, employee records management, and attendance tracking. I have also been actively involved in maintaining structured HR documentation and ensuring smooth coordination across internal teams.
Alongside HR responsibilities, I have managed administrative functions such as scheduling, reporting, documentation control, and executive support. I have worked closely with senior leadership including CEOs, Directors, and Business Heads, which has strengthened my ability to handle responsibilities with professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
I also have a strong understanding of UAE Labour Law through self-learning, and I am confident in adapting quickly to HR practices within the UAE environment.
