My name is Lakshmi Binoy, and I have one year of experience working as an HR Assistant in a landscaping company in Abu Dhabi. Previously, I worked for two years in India as an insurance lawyer. I hold a Bachelor of Law and I am currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resources.
I have experience in HR documentation, employee file management, leave management, recruitment coordination, and HR administrative support. With my legal background and HR experience, I am able to understand employment laws, maintain accurate documentation, and support HR operations efficiently.
I am now looking for an opportunity as an HR Assistant / HR Intern / HR Coordinator where I can further develop my HR skills, gain more experience, and contribute to the organization.
