In my current role with Mashreq Bank, I work as an Accounts Receivable Officer (Debt Collection), managing personal loan portfolios, conducting 100–150 customer interactions daily, following up on overdue accounts, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with banking policies and procedures.
Previously, as an Operations & Administrative Executive in the automobile sector, I managed daily garage operations, customer coordination, service scheduling, complaints, quotations, invoices, receipts, and employee documentation. I also have experience with sales and operations management, business development, vendor coordination, client engagement, and administrative operations.
My key strengths include Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoho Books, FinnOne, CRM operations, documentation, customer relationship management, payment follow-up, and administrative coordination. I am organized, target-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
