I’m in Dubai
Professional Executive chef with 10+ years of extensive experience in Culinary and management

Capable of managing dining services five Stars hotels, restaurants group and motivating staff to perform to best of abilities across every service. Consistently create new recipes and menus, implementing seasonal ingredients and modern techniques.

I'm Experienced in menu engineering, P&L financial awareness, market trends, bench marking marketable products/standards, managing food cost and inventory control.

-Responsible for the overall management of the kitchen including ensuring that daily operation are done, managing the all team members and being accountable for the quality standards of the served food.

-Responsible for the implementation of safety and hygiene systems, ensuring that the kitchen meets acceptable standards and audit requirements.

-Create system for stock levels, best working practices, quality control Commensurate with daily operation to all team members Commensurate with daily operation.

-Control all daily preparation and food levels are consistent with quality and quantity standards.

-Control all food items are storage in the right way to avoid spoilage, waste, and exercising strict portion control to minimize cost.

-Ensure that all members team following SOP which including Recipes, CCP, MDSH.

-Following up the market requirements for developing company products and service.

-Ability to build relationship internal and external to the company.

-Supervision of kitchen staff Training.

-Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities

-Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards

-Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs
Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs

-Recruit and manage kitchen staff

-Rectify arising problems or complaints

-Give the “final touch” for dishes

-Perform administrative duties

-Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

-Keep time and payroll records

-Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

-Ensure all services to members are conducted in a highly professional and efficient manner. Ensure a safe working environment and attitude on the part of all empoisioyees in areas of responsibility
