I am a seasoned Customer Operations & Management professional with “twelve” years of diversified experience in managing Large team based operations within the service industry in different capacities with a successful career progression while having strong bonding with the coworkers & peers.

Presently associated with one of the largest telecom in Pakistan i.e. Ufone (subsidiary of Etisalat) as Manager Customer Operations, I am responsible for complete Customer Service Operations comprising of Contact Centers & BPO business. My expertise & area of influence has been Contact Centers (Inbound, Outbound, BPO), Service Quality Management, Customer Experience, Workforce & Complaint Management. I bear sound knowledge & hands on experience in SQS benchmarking, Process development, Client Relationship Management, ISO 9001-2008 / 2015 process compliance and audit activities.

While being an effective people manager, I have been involved in budgeting & revenue optimization strategies from Contact Centers. I have had exposure in Service Quality Assurance, Service Centers & Training units for effective coordination & improvement of services via CS channels.

Looking after the BPO portfolio and insourcing of clients, I have a firm understanding of different types of business operations. Few of the clients include Pakistan International Airlines (PIA), KFC Pakistan, Adamjee Insurance, K-Electric (Abraaj Group) etc.
