I am writing to apply for the position of Building Maintenance Technician / Multi Technician in your company.
I have hands-on experience in Air Conditioning (AC), Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting, and General Building Maintenance. I am capable of carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance, fault finding, repair work, installations, and troubleshooting while maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship.
My technical skills include:
- AC maintenance service
- Electrical installation, wiring, lighting, sockets, switches, and repairs
- Plumbing maintenance, pipe fitting, drainage, sanitary fixture installation, and leak repairs
- Carpentry work, including cabinets, doors, furniture, and general wood repairs and general building maintenance
I am a hardworking, reliable, and quick learner with a strong commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction. I can work independently, under pressure, and as part of a team to complete maintenance tasks efficiently.
