I have over 15 years of experience in Dubai and Sri Lanka, with a strong background in
facilities maintenance, property and villa operations, procurement, contractor
coordination, housekeeping, staff supervision, and day-to-day operational
management.
I am a hands-on and practical professional who takes pride in maintaining high
standards, controlling costs, coordinating teams, and resolving issues efficiently. My
approach is simple: prevent problems before they become major problems.I would
