With over 10 years of experience at Marsh McLennan, I bring strong expertise in leading high-performing teams, managing end-to-end renewal, placement, policy servicing and invoicing operations, and ensuring strict SLA and compliance adherence within a global insurance environment.
I have managed a 18-member operations team, delivering consistent 98%+ SLA performance while driving continuous improvement initiatives through structured capacity planning, quality audits, and root cause analysis. I have successfully led cross border operational transitions, including a work migration project to Australia, ensuring seamless client servicing and zero disruption.
My experience working with global brokers and multinational stakeholders has
strengthened my understanding of governance, risk controls, and service excellence— skills that align strongly with the UAE insurance market’s regulatory and client expectations.
I am currently travelling to Dubai on visit visa and am highly motivated to contribute my operational
