Dear Hiring Manager,
I am writing to express my interest in a Solar PV O&M / Corrective Maintenance Supervisor position within your organization.
I have 7 years of experience in the solar energy and O&M sector in the UAE, with practical experience in large-scale solar PV plant operations, corrective and preventive maintenance, team coordination, troubleshooting, and plant performance monitoring.
In my current role as a CM Supervisor, I monitor solar plant performance using Power BI dashboards, SCADA and live monitoring systems, coordinate corrective maintenance activities, assign and follow up on site tasks, monitor inverter alarms and equipment issues, and ensure that maintenance activities are properly updated and tracked through Odoo.
My key experience includes:
Solar PV plant O&M and performance monitoring
Corrective and preventive maintenance coordination
Power BI dashboard and plant data monitoring
SCADA and inverter monitoring
Fault and alarm analysis
PV module and inverter troubleshooting
Ground fault identification and resolution
