تفاصيل الوظيفة
Dear Hiring Manager,
I am writing to apply for the Gen AI Engineer position at dubizzle. I hold an MSc in Artificial Intelligence from Queen Mary University of London and have built Generative AI systems that move from data pipeline to deployment. I am based in the UAE and would be glad to contribute to a marketplace that serves millions of people across the region.
In my most recent role as a Generative AI Intern at BharatSkillz, I independently built a customer support chatbot using Large Language Models and NLP. It handled more than 500 daily interactions through Python backend APIs and cut manual handling time by 30 percent. My prompt engineering and conversational flow design also raised intent recognition accuracy by 18 percent. This experience showed me how much impact well designed AI can have on user experience and support workload, which matters at the scale dubizzle operates.
My independent projects reflect the skills this role needs:
A Financial Document Intelligence Platform using RAG, Hugging Face embeddings and a FAISS vector database, with cited answers and 96.6 percent exact match accuracy against official SEC data.
An Autonomous IT Support Agent built on the Model Context Protocol, with a 10 tool MCP server, a FastAPI backend and a retrieval pipeline that reached 76 percent Precision at 1. Its auto resolution safeguard achieved 100 percent precision on resolved tickets.
An AI Job Application Copilot in n8n that scores more than 250 live listings per run using Google Gemini.
I work with Python, SQL, LangChain, vector databases and Git, and I am comfortable building resilient systems, such as the primary and fallback LLM setup in my RAG project that handles API rate limits.
I would welcome the chance to discuss how my experience in RAG, AI agents and chatbots can support dubizzle’s products and teams. Thank you for your time and consideration.
Kind regards,
Kayam Pathan
