Project Coordination & Management: Technical project planning, coordination, and management across
multiple disciplines, including KNX smart automation, ELV, AV, lighting, CCTV, electrical, and wireless automation
systems. Oversaw project timelines, Attending Meetings with Customers for smooth business contractors and
team of technicians, allocated resources, and ensured projects met quality standards and deadlines.
Team Leadership: Supervised and managed teams of technicians, assigning tasks, providing technical guidance,
and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and project specifications.
KNX Smart Automation Systems: Extensive hands-on experience in KNX & Control4 smart home and building
automation, both wired and wireless, with practical knowledge of ETS5 and ETS6. Skilled in installation,
testing, and commissioning of all AV and Extra Low Current systems. Strong practical experience, with basic
programming knowledge in KNX.
CCTV Installation & Management: Oversaw CCTV system installations, from camera setup and network
configuration to integration with video management systems (VMS). Conducted testing, commissioning, and
maintenance to ensure reliable security surveillance for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Electrical and Low Voltage Systems: Conducted installation, termination, and dressing of electrical components,
smart DBs, and LV room panels. Managed control systems,switch actuators, sensors motion and conventional),
access control, magnetic locks, and intercom setups.
AV and Sound Systems: Installed, tested, and commissioned AV systems for home theaters of Bowers & Wilkins
and event setups, including Traid Smart setups with Control4, Sonos smart setups, Boss, PA systems, and home
cinema audio solutions.
IT & Network Infrastructure: Assembled, dressed, and terminated IT cabinets, patch panels, and IDF racks.
Ensured LAN/WAN network reliability, performed troubleshooting, and maintained network health across
installations.
Telecommunication Systems: Installed and configured PABX systems, telephone intercoms, and line extensions to
support building-wide and event-specific communication needs.
Renovation & Maintenance: Executed electrical and IT project renovations, including infrastructure upgrades,
maintenance, and troubleshooting across AV, electrical, and network systems.
Achievement: Successfully led the AMC operations for a large-scale CCTV surveillance infrastructure at Dubai
Safari Park, overseeing approximately 1,800 Samsung Wisenet cameras via SSM VMS. Improved system
functionality from 400 to over 1,600 active cameras across 70+ sub-IDFs and 3 control rooms with video walls,significantly enhancing site-wide monitoring efficiency over a 6-month period.
