I am writing to apply for the position of Facilities Maintenance Manager at your Group Property and FM Divisions. With a strong background in facilities management and a proven track record of success, I believe I am the ideal candidate for this role.
Throughout my career, I have successfully overseen the maintenance and repair of complex residential and industrial facilities, ensuring the highest level of operational efficiency and minimal downtime. I am highly skilled in developing and implementing facility management strategies and initiatives that focus on preventive maintenance, cost reduction, and process optimization. Through my strong leadership and communication skills, I have effectively managed cross-functional teams and collaborated with various stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

- Proven track record in managing all aspects of residential,commercial facilities, including maintenance, repairs, security, and safety protocols.
- Successfully implemented preventive maintenance programs resulting in reduced downtime and increased equipment longevity.
- Developed and implemented energy management strategies, leading to significant reduction in operational costs.
- Proficient in budget development and management, ensuring cost-effective operations and resource allocation.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, fostering a positive work environment and exceeding performance targets.
-Ensure that all statutory requirements are met according to the calendar deadlines for all local authority requirements e.g. Civil Defense, DEWA, Municipality, etc. Ensure that all Third equipment / system certification obtained in accordance to local authority requirements & timeliness.
-Very good knowledge of 3rd Party AMC contracts, in KPI's and excellent knowledge of safety and security, with experience of keeping safe with contractors and staffs.Supervise on the installation/maintenance of all MEP,PPM works of the Facilities building. Such as Electrical Equipments, HVAC, chillers & AHU units, fire alarm system,fire extinguishers,CCTV,energy management and safety inspections.
Driving License: Valid UAE &Qatar
