CAREER SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Capable of designing and drafting Central & District HVAC Systems according to ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA & ASTM Standards.
• Capable of designing HVAC/MEP BIM Modeling in Revit.
• Prepare as built drawings, shop drawings and raise technical query as per site conditions.
• Responsible for complete hospital facility maintenance and projects.
• Responsible for 12,000 tons capacity systems supervision of operation & maintenance of VRF system, Water-cold chiller plant rooms and air cold chillers in hospital facility.
• Project scope & objectives, involving all stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop a detailed Project Plane to monitor & track progress.
• Conduct project progress meetings with contractors and vendors for flawless execution of project.
• Responsible for supervision of Absorption & Centrifugal Chillers (580 Ton) descaling processes.
• Responsible for supervision of Nitrogen pressure test and refrigerant recharge in Air-cold Chillers.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Coordination with local and foreign contractors.
• Capable of operating, troubleshooting, repairing & preventive maintenance HVAC/MEP works.
• Capable of designing BMS and Automation HVAC Systems to reduced energy consumption.
• Capable of calculating of duct sizes, design and drafting of all types of Central & District HVAC Systems, VRF System, split A/C and preparation of duct layout with supply and return air diffusers, duct grill, slot diffusers with flexible connections for buildings with estimation and bill of materials.
• Ensure resources availability and allocation.
• Conduct project progress meetings with contractors and vendors for flawless execution of project.
• Issuance of procurement plans to teams by updating current status of deliveries and follow-up with vendors.
• Responsible for reviewing Engineering Change Notifications.
• Project cost monitoring & control to keep project within budget.
• Lead project team on site for installation of equipment like DX system, VRF system, Chiller’s system at multi storied buildings on approved HVAC Shop Drawings, MEP- Coordination Drawings in the site works by ensuring the safety of equipment and team..
• Ensure on time delivery of projects, within scope & budget.
• Capable of making estimation and cost analysis of BOQ of HVAC & MEP Projects.
• Capable of selection of chillers, pipe sizing calculations cooling tower, pump with pump head calculations, AHU, FAHU, FCU, Ecology Unit, Ventilation & Smoke Fan.
• Capable of modifying and review HVAC Design projects and drawings.
• Project Planning, Coordination and Project management of HVAC and MEP Projects.
• Monitoring project’s progress is as per the plan and as per standards.
• Development and implementation of quality management systems suitable for project environment.
• Conducting surveillance site visits, raising necessary NCRs, corrective action requests and following up for the effective and timely closure of findings.
• Liaison with all the project stakeholders like Production, Maintenance & Procurement for ensuring smooth and desirable project execution.
• Monitor progress and inspect the pre-fabrication works of the sub-contractors including the inspection of incoming materials, material handling.
• Capable of making quotations according to schedule and technical specifications, Review of material submittal, Technical support for selection of HVAC equipment, negotiating and having good communication skills and keep a close liaison and interaction with team, consultants, contractors and clients.
• Ensure sufficient hand tools, power tools, ladder and scaffolding is available for installation.
• Ensure the HVAC Ducts, Fittings, accessories and Child water pipes, fittings; accessories are available and approved by Inspection department prior to installation.
• Arrange the sufficient supervisor and manpower and ensure all of them attended safety orientation and having proper PPE’s prior start installation activities at site.
• Ensure the HVAC Ducts, Fittings, accessories and Child water pipes, fittings; accessories are available and approved by Inspection department prior to installation.
• Coordinate with other discipline and ensure site clearance is available to start the HVAC Activities.
• Assist the Commissioning Team in Pre-commissioning & Commissioning stages of all HVAC Equipment.
• Issuance of procurement plans to teams by updating current status of deliveries and follow-up with vendors.
