With over 16 years of experience in the higher education sector in the UAE, I bring a strong track record in admissions management, student recruitment strategy, and operational leadership. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Al Fanar School, and previously as Head of Admissions and Student Recruitment at GBS Dubai, I have successfully led teams, optimized enrollment processes, and driven student recruitment initiatives that consistently met and exceeded targets.
During my tenure at Middlesex University Dubai, where I worked for over eight years as a Senior Admissions Counsellor, I developed deep expertise in student counseling, application processing, and stakeholder engagement. I have extensive experience working with diverse student populations, managing end-to-end admissions cycles, and implementing data-driven strategies to improve conversion rates and student experience.
My strengths lie in combining a student-centered approach with analytical decision-making. I am particularly skilled in identifying market opportunities, building outreach strategies, and ensuring smooth operational workflows aligned with institutional goals. Additionally, my leadership experience has enabled me to mentor teams, streamline processes, and maintain high standards of service delivery.
