I will create permit drawing sets for Deck, Covered deck, Pergola, Patio & Porch that are specific to local building department requirements. I have 8+ years of experience with deck permit drawings.
I will draw clean and easy-to-read and high-quality drawings as per your requirements.
My Standard deck drawings set will include:
Deck plans
Elevation
Structural plans
Foundation plan
All connection details required for permit
