Develop shop drawings based on BOQ, 3D images, and IFC drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and related blow-up details and specifications as instructed by the Design Coordinator. Responsible for preparing and submitting detailed drawings for client approval. Design and draft 2D and 3D shop drawings primarily for joinery and interior fit-out projects. Experienced in material selection, specification development, mood boards, project coordination, site measurement, site inspection, and supervision. Skilled in preparing freehand sectional details and incorporating engineering knowledge into drawings. Collaborate closely with the engineering team for drawing preparation, review, and revision. Work directly with sales teams to produce drawings and bills of materials from sketches, existing drawings, images, and verbal or written instructions. Draft according to standard specifications, prepare BOQs and quotations, attend vendor and subcontractor meetings, and coordinate with project engineers to ensure smooth production flow. Strong knowledge of MDF, particle board, solid wood, pre-laminated boards, veneer, and other panel-based furniture materials. Prepare as-built drawings in accordance with site conditions. Demonstrated ability in creative problem-solving and decision-making. Proficient in purchasing negotiation and subcontracting coordination. Holds a valid UAE Driving License.
