تفاصيل الوظيفة
Dear Hiring Manager,
I am writing to express my interest in opportunities within your organization in the fields of Architecture, Interior Design, Fit-Out, Renovation, and Landscape Design.
I am an Architect and Interior Designer with a B.Arch background and over 2 years of professional experience in Dubai, working across complete interior design and renovation projects, fit-out, furniture and joinery coordination, 2D drafting, 3D visualization, material selection, site coordination, and landscape design.
My experience has allowed me to work on projects from concept development through execution, giving me a strong understanding of both the creative and technical aspects of design. I am proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape, with experience in developing detailed drawings, 3D models, presentations, and design solutions according to client requirements and project constraints.
Alongside my professional experience, I have completed my Master’s in Sustainable Design, which has strengthened my understanding of sustainable materials, energy-efficient design, environmental strategies, and responsible design practices.
I am currently looking for a long-term opportunity in Dubai where I can contribute my design skills, UAE project experience, and technical knowledge while continuing to grow within a professional organization. I am particularly interested in roles such as Architect, Senior Interior Designer, Interior Designer, Fit-Out Designer, Landscape Designer, or 3D Visualizer.
I would be grateful for an opportunity to discuss how my experience and skills could contribute to your team. My CV and portfolio are attached for your consideration.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards,
Nishant Sutkar
