I am writing to express my interest in the Junior Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Analyst position at your
organization. With a B.Tech in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning and close to two years of hands-on
experience across data analytics and BI roles in the UAE and India, I have built a strong foundation in
transforming raw data into clear, actionable insights that support business decision-making.
In my most recent role at Sport in Life, I audited and standardized product data fragmented across four
platforms, resolving over 300 duplicate SKUs and building a scalable data framework to support future growth.
Previously, at Action Global Communications, I cleaned and structured raw datasets from multiple sources and
built Power BI dashboards and Excel-based reports, delivering seven recurring reports used directly in
management decision-making. My earlier training at RP2 gave me a solid grounding in Power BI, Tableau,
Advanced Excel, and SQL-based data extraction, which I have continued to apply and build on across each role
since.
I bring strong technical skills in Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Advanced Excel, complemented by a
Google Data Analytics certification and additional Microsoft/LinkedIn credentials in data and business
analysis. I take a structured, detail-oriented approach to data cleaning, dashboard development, and cross
department reporting, and I am comfortable working across tools and platforms to deliver reliable, decision
ready insights.
