I am writing to express my interest in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition and call center opportunities in
Dubai. With over 4 years of experience in US healthcare staffing, I have developed strong
expertise in full-cycle recruitment, VMS platforms, and candidate lifecycle management.
In my current role at Talent4Health, I manage end-to-end recruitment for US healthcare
positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding. I have
consistently worked with multiple clients, handled time-zone coordination, and
maintained high closure ratios while ensuring compliance with hiring standards.
I am particularly interested in transitioning my experience into the UAE market and
contributing to dynamic organizations in Dubai. My background in handling high-volume
hiring, stakeholder coordination, and ATS/VMS tools aligns well with recruitment agency
