I am graduate with BSc in
Public Administration from GIMPA and hands-on experience in customer service and client relations, I am confident I can contribute to your team from day one.
At Telecel Ghana, I handled customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolved complaints efficiently, and trained customers on digital self-service platforms. At Advans Ghana Savings and Loans, I prospected new clients, appraised loans, and grew deposit portfolios by identifying client needs and proposing tailored products. My role at Lands Commission as a Monitoring & Evaluation officer also strengthened my skills in data collection, reporting, and administrative accuracy.
I’m a hardworking, reliable team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills. I learn fast, adapt well to new environments, and I’m motivated to grow my career in a professional setting like I’m also open to roles in customer support, sales, administration, or warehousing, and I’m willing to learn Czech to integrate fully.
