I previously worked at IntouchCX (India) for the Samsung South American process, handling international customers through calls, emails, and CRM tools such as Sprinklr, CS Workbench, and CMS. I am fluent in Arabic, English, Hindi, and Urdu, which helps me communicate effectively with GCC customers.
