I am currently looking for job opportunities in Dubai in Customer Service, Customer Care, Client Servicing, Customer Support, or related roles.
I have over 7 years of experience in customer service, client handling, operations, and coordination. My experience includes handling customer queries, managing client relationships, coordinating with different teams, following up on requests, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
I have strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills, along with experience using CRM systems, Excel, and Google Sheets.
I am currently based in Dubai and available to join immediately. I am open to suitable opportunities in customer service, customer support, back-office operations, and administration, excluding sales-focused roles.
