I have several years of experience in customer service, including airport customer service, passenger assistance, handling customer enquiries, resolving complaints, and providing professional support to customers from different nationalities.
I am confident in my communication and interpersonal skills and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. I speak English, Tamil, Sinhala, Malayalam, and Hindi, which allows me to communicate with a wide range of customers.
I am currently based in Dubai and looking for a part-time opportunity with flexible working hours. I am reliable, hardworking, customer-focused, and available for suitable opportunities.
