iam seeking ajob as ahealthy food head chef. I worked in Dubai, UAE for 8 years as an Head Chef specializing in healthy cuisine. I worked for Healthy Buzz, Fit Bar, Yumfit, and NutriCub restaurants. I hold PIC (person in charge ) certificates , BFH( basic food safety) certificates , HACCP certificates , and a Diet Masters certificate as a nutrition coach. I have extensive scientific and practical experience in healthy cuisine, including various diet plans, meal plan design, nutritional assessments, and calorie calculations. In addition to this, my experience as a Head Chef involved setting up a restaurant from the ground up, including layout planning, purchasing appropriate equipment, creating a professional menu, managing the kitchen according to professional SOP , monitoring food safety, managing operations, distributing tasks, dealing with suppliers, managing inventory, and controlling costs.
