Dear Hiring Manager,

I am writing to apply for the position of Indian Chef in your restaurant/hotel. I am an Indian cuisine professional with practical experience in kitchen operations and food preparation. I am hardworking, disciplined, and passionate about preparing authentic Indian dishes while maintaining high standards of hygiene, quality, and presentation.

I have experience in preparing a variety of Indian dishes, including North Indian and South Indian cuisine, curries, gravies, tandoori items, rice dishes, breads, vegetables, and other traditional Indian meals. I am also comfortable with kitchen preparation, ingredient handling, maintaining cleanliness, and working efficiently during busy service hours.

I am currently working in Dubai, UAE, and I am available for suitable opportunities overseas. I am willing to relocate and work in any city where required. I can work effectively as part of a team and can also handle responsibilities independently.
