At Arabian Tea House Restaurant & Cafe, Dubai, I prepare different grilled dishes, manage stock, and make sure all food is fresh and cooked properly. Before this, I worked at Al Shorfa Restaurant & Cafe, Dubai Marina, where I helped with menu planning, food cost control, and training new staff. These jobs gave me good experience in leadership, teamwork, and time management.
I always focus on quality, freshness, and cleanliness while working quickly and safely. I can speak English, Arabic, Hindi, and Sinhala, which helps me work well with different teams.
