I’m a dedicated Bakery Sous Chef with hands-on experience
in bread and pastry production, team supervision, and
production planning. I have a strong background in dough
preparation, fermentation techniques, and quality control. In
my current role, I support the Head Baker by managing daily
operations, training staff, and ensuring consistency across all
products. I’m highly organized, detail-oriented, and
passionate about creating high-quality baked goods while
maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
