I’m passionate about pastry and baking. I have experience preparing cakes, basic desserts, sponge mixes, buttercream, and assisting with daily pastry production while maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.
I enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and I learn quickly from senior chefs. I understand the importance of mise en place, teamwork, hygiene, and consistency in presentation and taste. I am also flexible with shifts, able to work under pressure, and committed to improving my pastry skills.
